1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India. Currently, we primarily operate within Maharashtra but are expanding to other states.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 is applied for orders below ₹499.
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations (ODA - Out of Delivery Area).

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Within Maharashtra: 3-5 business days
• Other States: 5-8 business days
• Please note that delivery times may be longer during festivals or adverse weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real-time through your account dashboard under My Orders.
